Jessica’s Path to Scholarly Publication
Jessica, a highly intelligent and accomplished Data Scientist, possesses expertise in machine learning and big data. Originally pursuing her advanced degree in the U.S., she quickly discovered her passion for IT and big data. Through diligent work on numerous data science projects, she secured her current position. Despite undergoing several H-1B renewal cycles, she longed for greater stability and thus explored the EB1A pathway after seeking advice from professionals.
Already recognized as a standout in her field, Jessica harbored a desire to publish her research in peer-reviewed journals to enhance her scholarly impact and bolster her profile. Despite amassing a substantial dataset and having broad research topics in mind, her busy schedule, typical of many successful IT professionals, posed challenges in pursuing this goal. Juggling project commitments made it difficult to allocate time for learning new research methodologies, conducting fieldwork, refining empirical models, drafting manuscripts, or honing academic writing skills for scholarly publications. Seeking assistance, she turned to the Ritman Research team, who guided her in framing research topics, reviewing literature, selecting appropriate research designs, gathering and analyzing data, and synthesizing findings, besides crafting organized write ups.
Before long, Jessica had two well-prepared research articles ready for submission. Successfully publishing these articles in peer-reviewed journals not only enhanced her scholarly profile but also played a pivotal role in the positive outcome of her EB1A petition. Congratulations to Jessica on her remarkable achievement, a testament to her perseverance and determination in pursuing her aspirations. We are grateful for the opportunity to have contributed to her success.
“I had long harbored aspirations of seeing my scholarly work in print, but regrettably, my lack of formal training and prior exposure to academic writing hindered my progress. Fortunately, with the assistance of Ritman Research Group, I swiftly turned my research concepts into manuscripts ready for publication. In hindsight, I wish I had reached out to them earlier. “
